The System runs on a fixed clock. At the top of every fifth minute it takes a snapshot of every wallet holding $SOLOEARN and selects one at random from those who qualify. That wallet — the Risen — is paid directly in SOL.
The Mana Pool is filled automatically. 1% of every $SOLOEARN trade on pump.fun is collected as creator fees and swept into the System's treasury once a minute by an autonomous claim script. No buttons. No "claim". The pool rises by itself.
At each Arise, the pool is split. Half is bestowed in SOL on the Risen hunter. Half is used to buy $SOLOEARN on the open market and burn it forever. Supply contracts. Every Arise is two events at once: someone gets paid, and your bag gets lighter.

The System fires every 5 minutes UTC. If it picks your wallet, SOL lands directly. Half the pool comes to you, half is bought-back and burned.
Every wallet is automatically ranked by its share of $SOLOEARN supply. Ranks update with every snapshot. Only A-rank and above are eligible to be raised. Lower ranks see the Pool but are not chosen.
The rule is a single line. Hold at least 0.5% of total supply at the moment of snapshot. That's the entire condition. No minimum hold time. No cooldown. The same hunter can be raised again, and again — the System does not remember who it chose last.
Splitting one bag across many wallets does not help. 0.5% is the floor and the cost scales with market cap. Skin in the game is the only entry.
